Assaypro’s new NEW alpha-1-Antichymotrypsin ELISA

Assaypro's new NEW alpha-1-Antichymotrypsin ELISA

Alpha-1-Antichymotrypsin (AACT) is a member of the serine proteinase inhibitor family which is responsible for protecting various tissues, such as the lower respiratory tract, from damage by proteolytic enzymes. High AACT levels have been observed in patients with venous congestion, while deficient AACT has been associated with liver disease.

The new AssayMax Human alpha-1-Antichymotrypsin ELISA is designed to detect AACT in human plasma, serum, urine, milk, saliva, CSF, and cell culture samples.
